Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Rajesh Bhan, doing business as Uberzunn Cloud Consulting ("we") collects through Agent4Lease and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Account data: organization name and email address.
- Lease and usage data: lease records, agent names, data-plane names and environment types you register, heartbeat timestamps, and agent download logs (including IP address).
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan status and renewal date. We never see or store your full card number.
- Site counters: anonymous counts of page views and button clicks, plus the website you came from (for example, LinkedIn). No cookies, no IP address and no personal identifiers are stored for these.
- Consent records: the version of these documents you accepted, when, and from which IP address.
We do not collect the contents of your infrastructure, your data, or your credentials. Agents run in your environment and only report lease and health metadata to the control plane.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, issue and revoke leases, process payments, send receipts and service notices, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We send marketing email only if you opt in.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that run the platform: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting) and our website host. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account exists and as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Operational logs are kept for a limited period. Stale revoked leases and long-offline data planes are periodically deleted.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Email admin@uberzunn.com and we will respond within the time required by law. We cannot delete records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls, encrypted transport and secret management. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Children
Agent4Lease is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
