Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to paid plans of Agent4Lease, operated by Rajesh Bhan, doing business as Uberzunn Cloud Consulting.
Cancelling
You can cancel the Team plan at any time from the billing portal (Manage billing on the site). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you ask for an immediate end. After it takes effect, your Team leases are revoked and you lose access to Team agents. Free-tier agents keep working.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment, or of a renewal you did not intend, and we will refund that payment in full. After that window, payments for a started billing period are non-refundable, but you will keep access until the period ends.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, we retry and notify you. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends and Team leases are revoked.
How to ask
Email admin@uberzunn.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
