Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-14 · Operated by Rajesh Bhan, doing business as Uberzunn Cloud Consulting

These Terms govern your use of Agent4Lease (agent4lease.com), operated by Rajesh Bhan, doing business as Uberzunn Cloud Consulting ("we", "us"). By creating an account, leasing an agent or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you use Agent4Lease for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

1. What Agent4Lease is

Agent4Lease lets you lease software agents that automate infrastructure tasks such as benchmarking, testing and deployment. A central control plane issues leases and tracks usage. The agents run in your environment, on infrastructure you own or control.

2. Plans

The Free plan includes benchmarking and testing agents. The Team plan is a paid monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout. Fleet is sales-assisted under a separate written agreement. We may change plans and prices with notice, and a price change applies from your next billing period.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no resale or hosting of the agents as a competing service, no attempt to bypass licensing or lease limits, no interference with the control plane, and no use to attack or disrupt systems you do not own.

5. Licenses

Free-tier agents are published under the MIT license in their repositories. Team and Fleet agents are licensed to you for your own internal use for the duration of your active lease, and are not to be redistributed. We retain all rights in the service.

6. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Team is billed in advance each month through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; see our Refund and Cancellation Policy. When a paid subscription ends, Team leases are revoked.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The service and agents are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Infrastructure automation can cause outages or data loss if misused or misconfigured; you accept that risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (licenses, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and for material changes will notify account holders by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
